FLAGSHIP / 90 DAYS

Build AI around the work people actually do

Turn one important workflow into a working AI system in 90 days.

We study how the work is done today, design a better process, build and test the system, then train your team to use it.

The Programme, in motion

Watch the Programme in 38 seconds

See how we move from a slow or fragmented way of working to a tested system that your team knows how to run.

Why AI pilots stall

A promising AI demo is not yet a working business process.

Pilots often ignore the messy parts of real work: missing information, exceptions, access rights, handovers and the decisions that still need a person.

We deal with those details before and during the build. We start with the work itself, build only what is needed and stay until the system has been used by the team.

Starting pointExamples of the work, the people involved and the current systems.
Finish lineA tested system with a trained person responsible for it.

What the customer receives

You receive a plan, a working system and a trained owner.

You review the result of each stage before the project moves forward.

01

Current workflow and improvement plan

A clear picture of the steps, systems, information and people involved today, including where time and money are lost.

  • Real work examples
  • Current problems
  • Chosen workflow
02

Approved build and test plan

The new workflow, required software, automation and AI, plus clear rules for data, human decisions and testing.

  • New workflow
  • Access rules
  • Test plan
03

Working, tested system

The agreed application or automated workflow, connected to the required systems and tested with representative cases.

  • Working system
  • Real-case tests
  • Known limits
04

Team training and launch support

Practical training, instructions, early fixes and support while the system begins handling real work.

  • Named owner
  • 30-day observation
  • Next steps

The Verstos method

Four practical stages over 90 days.

You see what has been learned, planned or built at each stage and decide whether the project should continue.

  1. Days 01–10Map

Talk to the people doing the work, trace the steps and systems, and identify the biggest avoidable cost or delay.

  2. Days 11–25Design

Plan the new workflow, make a simple prototype and agree on what the finished system must do.

  3. Days 26–60Build

Build the approved system, connect the required tools and test it with real examples.

  4. Days 61–90Embed

Train the owner, watch the system handle real work, fix early problems and document how to run it.

Indicative investment

Approve the plan before committing to the full build.

The first paid stages show what should be built and what it will cost. The project and final price are confirmed before production development begins.

First decision point

Blueprint + Design

€4,900 + VAT

You receive the current workflow map, new workflow plan, prototype and fixed scope for the production build. You may stop here and keep the work.

Typical complete Programme

Map through Embed

€14,900–€24,900 + VAT

We confirm the fixed production price after the Design stage. The range depends on systems, integrations, data migration, number of users and testing needs.

Indicative prices. Cloud, model, licence and paid third-party costs are excluded. Final scope and price are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Who this is for

Best for a repeated workflow with a clear owner.

Best fit

A service company with a repeated workflow, examples of real cases, a way to measure the current situation and one person able to make decisions.

Choose a standalone service when

You already know that you need one website improvement, application, automated job, training programme or existing system monitored.

We need to discuss it first when

The work covers several business units, uses sensitive data, makes important decisions automatically, lacks a clear owner or touches Finnish operations.

Availability

Available to companies with no link to Finland and for work used in selected European markets outside Finland. We confirm the customer, contracting company and actual use before agreeing on a project.

Show us where work slows down.

Explain how the work starts, where people lose time and who is responsible for the result. We will recommend either the 90-day Programme or one standalone service.
