You repeat the context.
Every new task begins with the same background, preferences and instructions.
After: reusable memory and working instructions.EU-hosted · AI usage and maintenance included
Your priorities remembered. Your day prepared. Your follow-ups moving. A personal AI chief of staff that learns your preferences, adapts to your work and develops with you.
A day with your agent
Follow four moments in an illustrative working day. Your agent prepares the work. You approve the actions that need you.
More than another chat window
Most AI tools wait for a prompt. Your managed agent has a continuing brief: remember what matters, check the right systems and move agreed tasks forward. We build the working setup and keep it running.
Every new task begins with the same background, preferences and instructions.
After: reusable memory and working instructions.Updates are spread across inboxes, documents, calendars and business tools.
After: a prepared brief and a clear next-action list. When a job stops, a connection expires or the agent does not respond, it becomes your problem.
After: daily monitoring and incident fixes by Verstos. What your agent can do
We select and test the capabilities your work actually needs. Access to a tool never means permission to do everything inside it.
Useful context becomes a repeatable way of working.
Retain agreed preferences, priorities, key people and project notes across conversations. Search past discussions when needed. You can review, correct or remove saved context.
Turn your examples, feedback and instructions into reusable procedures: how you want a brief written, a report checked or a follow-up prepared.
The agent can capture useful steps from completed work and propose better instructions. We review important changes before using them in live workflows. This updates working knowledge, not the underlying model.
Your tools, schedules and instructions work together.
Run morning briefs, weekly reports, deadline checks or research on an agreed schedule and in your time zone. Receive the result in your selected channel.
Connect email, calendars, documents, CRM and project tools through supported connectors or APIs. We confirm compatibility, permissions and data handling for each connection before setup.
Research a topic, compare sources, prepare a document, analyse a file or update an approved system. Multi-step work follows written instructions, with checks at consequential actions.
You choose the access, approvals and deployment.
Give instructions and receive updates through a supported chat or messaging channel. Voice and file handling can be added where the chosen tools, model and data policy support them.
Start with read-only access and drafts where appropriate. Agree what may run automatically, what needs approval and who can pause the agent. Review failures and important actions with us.
Your agent runs on EU servers with an agreed EU-hosted language-model endpoint. We select a compatible model for the task, rather than tying you to one provider.
EU hosting and EU model processing are specified separately. Connected apps, messaging, search and other external services may have different data locations; these are reviewed before connection. EU hosting alone is not a guarantee of compliance or accuracy.
Built around your role
The agent takes on preparation, coordination and repeatable work. You keep the judgement, relationships and accountability that make your role valuable.
Bring priorities, customer commitments, team updates and upcoming decisions into one daily brief. Prepare board updates from approved source material.
Less status chasing. More attention for decisions.Check project updates, flag overdue actions and prepare an exceptions list. Draft reminders and keep agreed operational records current.
Fewer loose ends between teams.Assemble account briefs, identify missing CRM updates and draft follow-ups. Surface the deals and commitments that need your attention.
More time with customers, less CRM administration.Monitor agreed sources, consolidate campaign results and prepare briefs. Coordinate a content calendar and flag assets waiting for review.
Less reporting overhead. More time to improve the work.Gather approved reports, highlight variances and list missing inputs for review. Prepare management summaries with links back to the source.
Faster preparation, with financial decisions and payments kept human-controlled.Summarise customer feedback, prepare release notes and track unresolved dependencies. Keep project decisions and technical research easy to find.
Less context gathering before the real work begins. One agent first. A team when useful.
Your chief of staff can coordinate specialist agents and combine their outputs. Or run a specialist independently beside it, with its own owner, instructions, memory and access.
Routes work, gathers results and brings decisions back to you.
Watches selected sources and prepares evidence-linked briefs.
Prepares account updates, drafts follow-ups and checks CRM records.
Compiles approved data and prepares scheduled management reports.
Its own owner, instructions, memory and access.
Illustrative team, not four agents included in one subscription. Each separately configured, continuously managed agent is €1,900/month. Additional setup is scoped in writing. Temporary internal task delegation does not create an extra agent subscription. Agents only share the information their agreed roles require.
One managed service
Your subscription covers the AI tokens your agent uses for its agreed work, EU hosting, daily monitoring and ongoing maintenance. We manage the model accounts and billing, so you do not have to.
Subject to scope confirmation. Custom integrations, migrations and additional-agent setup are quoted separately.
No API keys or separate AI subscription needed. Your existing paid business tools remain separate.
We estimate the work and get written approval first. Fixing a fault in the agreed service is not billed as a new feature.
Send unlimited requests for your agreed workflows using the model and capacity confirmed at setup. The AI tokens for that work are included in the monthly fee. Heavy batch jobs, additional capacity and paid external services are agreed separately before any additional cost. Unlimited requests do not mean unlimited compute or access to every premium model.
We check service health and failed jobs daily, investigate problems and restore the agreed service. The monthly meeting sets priorities; implementing new capabilities is €130/hour. 24/7 agent operation is not a 24/7 staffed helpdesk or an uptime guarantee.
Prices exclude applicable taxes. Scope, capacity, support response times, data handling and cancellation terms are confirmed in the written service agreement before you commit.
Use your own numbers
Estimate your own time value or genuinely avoidable workload costs. These are alternative scenarios, not benefits to add together. No staffing equivalence or savings are guaranteed.
Enter a valid number in each visible field to update the estimate. Agent count must be a whole number.
Time: (hours released − review hours) × working weeks × hourly value. Avoidable costs: covered FTE workload × annual loaded cost × avoidable share, minus 12 × monthly oversight hours × oversight rate.
First-year service cost: total setup + 12 × (agent count × €1,900 + monthly development hours × €130 + extra monthly costs). Net value is the chosen benefit, after human review, minus that cost. Setup payback divides setup cost by the positive monthly surplus after recurring service costs.
All inputs are illustrative assumptions, not customer results. Figures exclude taxes and financing. 24/7 availability is not used as a multiplier. Validate task quality, actual time released and avoidable spending in a measured trial before making a staffing or investment decision.
Beyond the savings calculator
Some valuable work never makes it onto your calendar. With agents able to run 24/7, you can add regular research, checks and preparation that your team could not previously cover.
Have an agent check agreed sources for new tenders, market changes or competitor announcements. Receive a relevant, source-linked brief instead of relying on the time you happen to have for research.
Ask specialist agents to research several suppliers, markets or product ideas in parallel. Review their findings before deciding which option deserves your team's time.
Schedule reviews of project updates, customer commitments and changing business data. Bring exceptions to your attention, including work prepared overnight, rather than waiting until someone remembers to check.
These benefits are not included in the calculator. We agree which new outputs matter and review whether they lead to useful decisions or new business. Scheduled work and parallel tasks stay within your agreed access, capacity and approval rules.
Getting started
Email three recurring tasks, the tools involved and the outcome you want. No sales meeting is required to begin. We clarify fit, permissions, scope and costs in writing.
Confirm the initial role, connections, routines, quality checks, approval points and monthly service terms.
Configure the EU deployment, add approved context and test representative tasks before expanding permissions. Learn how to instruct, review and pause the agent.
We monitor daily. Together, review useful output, errors and time released in the monthly steering meeting. Approve further development only when it earns its place.
Before you decide
You receive a configured, connected and monitored service, not just access to a model. The agent keeps useful context, runs agreed schedules and carries out multi-step tasks. Verstos handles setup, daily monitoring, faults and the monthly improvement review.
It can save useful preferences and project context, retrieve earlier conversations and turn successful procedures into reusable skills. Important changes are reviewed. It does not retrain the language model, remember everything perfectly or become more accurate simply because time passes.
Only within the permissions and action rules agreed for your setup. We normally begin with reading and drafting. Sensitive messages, spending, deletions and other consequential actions need explicit approval unless a narrowly defined workflow has been separately authorised and tested.
The agent hosting and selected model processing are configured in the EU. That does not automatically apply to every external tool. We review connected apps, search, messaging, monitoring and other providers before use and document the agreed data flow. If EU-only processing is mandatory, incompatible connections must be excluded.
Yes, from compatible models available through an agreed EU-hosted endpoint. We check tool use, quality, data terms and capacity for your workflows. Not every commercial model is available under those conditions, and a model change may alter capacity or cost.
No. We arrange the model access and handle the provider accounts, credentials and billing for your managed agent. AI usage (tokens), EU hosting, daily monitoring and maintenance are included in the monthly fee for your agreed work. You authorise access to your business tools; you do not need to set up or pay a separate AI provider. Existing paid business-tool subscriptions remain yours.
You can send unlimited requests for the agreed workflows, and the AI tokens for that work are included. There is no separate token bill or per-message fee within the model and capacity agreed at setup. Heavy batch processing, additional capacity, premium alternatives and paid external services need a separate written agreement before additional costs are incurred.
The cloud agent can run schedules and receive requests around the clock, independently of your laptop. This is subject to service and provider availability. Verstos monitors daily; human response times and escalation arrangements are defined in the agreement. The standard service does not promise a continuously staffed helpdesk.
We investigate, recover the service where possible and fix faults in the agreed setup as part of the monthly fee. If a provider is unavailable, we explain the dependency and recovery options. New integrations or replacement capabilities outside the agreed service are estimated separately, not charged without approval.
An agent may handle task volume previously spread across one or more roles, if the work is suitable and tested. It does not replace every responsibility, relationship or judgement within those roles. Use the calculator to model verified workload coverage, human review and costs you can actually avoid — not an assumed headcount ratio.
Each independently configured and continuously managed agent is €1,900/month. It can join your chief of staff's team or work separately. Additional setup is quoted according to its connections and workflows. Short-lived internal helpers used to complete a task are not extra subscriptions.
We review recent use, output quality, incidents and useful next improvements. The discussion and prioritisation are included. Implementing new workflows, integrations or changed requirements costs €130/hour after your written approval. Bug fixes in the agreed service remain included.
Before launch, we agree cancellation, retention, export and deletion arrangements. The exit plan covers returning your agreed working context and procedures in usable formats, revoking connections and removing access. Any software or third-party licensing limits are explained in the agreement.
For eligible companies with no link to Finland, for use in selected European markets outside Finland. The customer, users, connected operations and actual use must all fit that scope. We check unclear cases individually before confirming a service.
Send us three tasks you repeat, the tools you use and what a good result looks like. We will tell you what fits, what needs testing and what the setup would include.
